HOUSES OF WORSHIP

Prayer at the Close of Day is a service with the combined musical leadership from Davidson College Presbyterian (DCPC) and Davidson United Methodist Church (DUMC): It is in the traditions of Compline and Taizé.

Musicians from both churches will lead the service with reflective, unaccompanied music. There will be candlelight, prayers, scripture, congregational Taizé songs, and periods of silence.

Prayer at the Close of Day services alternate between DCPC and DUMC:

January 28 at 7:30 at DCPC
February 25 at 7:30 at DUMC chapel
March 18 at 7:30 at DCPC
