Continuum Creates Jobs – 100% Local
Mooresville, NC – Local Communications provider, Continuum, announced today that it has created twelve new positions in technical support and customer service. The company is looking to hire local talent to fill the positions. “We’re entirely committed to the communities we serve, said CEO David Auger. “To me, that doesn’t just mean providing the best Internet, Voice and Cable service. It means providing employment opportunities for the folks who live here too.” Once the new positions are filled, Auger says he will have achieved his goal of successfully transitioning the company to offering 100% local customer service and support for both residents and businesses in Mooresville, Davidson and Cornelius.
“This is a really great place to work,” said HR coordinator, Nola Perkins. “This company feels like a family, and that’s also how we try to treat our customers.” Continuum launched its new brand vision in the fall of 2017, with input from employees and feedback from its customers. Since then, Continuum has increased its focus on customer service and new technology.
