Football Announces 2018 Season Promotional Schedule

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson football is slated to host seven games at Richardson Stadium this season and on top of the exciting NCAA FCS action there will be a full slate of promotional opportunities for all.

The home opener on Sept. 1 against Brevard will host the annual Military/First Responder Appreciation Game. All military personnel and first responder, active or retired, will receive free entry to the game with valid identification.

On Sept. 8 with Chowan coming to town, Davidson will host ’90’s Night featuring a special 90’s-themed giveaway item.

Homecoming is set for Sept. 15 against Guilford and will also serve as the Red Out Richardson Game with a free Red Out T-Shirt.

The Wildcats host three more games in October beginning with the Take a Kid to the Game and Kids Club Day on Oct. 6 against Jacksonville. Children under 12 get into the game free with the purchase of an adult ticket.

On Oct. 13 against Morehead State features the Pink Game for breast cancer awareness. The Oct. 27 tilt with Stetson falls on Family Weekend and fans are encouraged to come in costume to celebrate Halloween!

The 2018 season finale on Nov. 17 will honor the seniors with a Senior Day ceremony prior to kickoff with Butler.
