Wildcat Soccer Teams Announce 2018 Promotional Schedules

Women’s Soccer
The promotional schedule has been set for the 2018 Davidson women’s soccer season with a variety of events happening throughout the season. The Wildcats open their season and the official 2018-19 athletic calendar year, Friday, Aug. 17, at home vs. Coastal Carolina at 7:30 pm.
Below is a look at the events and dates for the season…
Monday, August 20 vs. USC-Upstate @ 7 pm
• “Welcome Back” Davidson Students – There will be a student promotion with a pre-game tailgate for Davidson Students as apart of “Wildcat Welcome Week”
Friday, August 31 vs. Mercer @ 7 pm
• “Pups at the Pitch” – Bring your dog to the game! First 150 dogs will receive a free doggie bandanna.
– (all owners will have to sign a waiver prior to entry, 1 dog per adult (18 and older), additional restrictions may apply)
Friday, September 7 vs. UNCG @ 7 pm
• Club Soccer Night – Teams can participate in pre-game high-five tunnel, anthem buddies, ball kids, and halftime entertainment. There will be a special poster giveaway and autographs with the team following the game vs. the Spartans.
• It will also be Senior Night for the soccer team as Davidson will honor its seniors prior to the start of the game.

• Girl Scouts Day – Contact your troop leader for more information
Thursday, October 11 vs. Massachusetts @ 7 pm
• Pink Out – Wear pink to show your support towards the fight against breast cancer. Davidson College’s Conor House will have a booth at the game with several things to purchase, with the money going to support breast cancer.

Men’s Soccer
The 2018 Davidson men’s soccer schedule will feature nine home dates, which will include a number of promotional opportunities for all.

Back to School Night
- All teachers get in FREE with a valid School ID
Tuesday, September 11 vs. North Carolina | 7:00 PM
Club Soccer Night
- All youth players get in FREE when wearing team jersey
2K Challenge
- Help us break the single-game attendance record
Sunday, September 16 vs. UNC Asheville | 2:00 PM
100 Kids vs. Men’s Soccer
- Must have a Kid’s Club Black Level Membership to participate in the post-game scrimmage
Senior Night
Saturday, September 29 vs. George Washington | 6:00 PM

- First 200 Dogs will receive a FREE Dog Toy
