I-77 Mobility Partners to Hold Public Hearing on I-77 Express Toll Rates
With I-77 Express set to open in late 2018, I-77 Mobility Partners will hold a public hearing to provide a presentation on toll pricing methodology and initial toll rates.
Those persons wishing to comment about the proposed toll rates at the hearing must register at the venue prior to 7:00 p.m. Written questions or comments on proposed toll rates also can be submitted at the hearing or online following the hearing at www.I77express.com. Individuals can also download the comment form from www.I77Express.com and mail it to 8015 West W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, N.C. 28216. Comments or questions will be received until September 24, 2018.

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is financing, developing, designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the I-77 Express project as part of a public-private partnership with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The express lanes are dedicated travel lanes that run adjacent to the existing general purpose lanes. Two express lanes will operate on I-77 in each direction between Charlotte and Exit 28 in Cornelius, and one express lane in either direction will operate from Exit 28 to Exit 36 in Mooresville.
I-77 Mobility Partners also provides 24-hour roadside assistance and road maintenance for I-77 Express and the adjacent general purpose lanes in the 26- mile corridor.
