A milestone is fast approaching in the month of September for this local shop as it celebrates 10 years of making fine artisan chocolates.

A big birthday celebration is planned for Saturday, September 29 from noon to 6:00 p.m. at the store located in 610 Jetton Street, Suite 150, Davidson. The event will include 10% discount storewide, free tote with purchase (while supplies last), raffles, kid-friendly activities, music, and birthday cake cutting at 5:00 p.m. with free cupcakes until they are gone.

Davidson Chocolate Co. opened its doors on September 12, 2008 in Davidson. It was founded by the Elliott family, originally striving to be classic, yet fun and personable with all their handmade chocolate offerings. In 2014, Ana M. Vazquez and family took over the business after finding a match for their love of chocolate and jumping into this delicious adventure. Since then, they have been on a quest to follow in the footsteps of the shop’s history of quality, but also raising the bar higher with Ana’s culinary background, spirit of innovation, and passion for creating high-quality artisanal and fresh chocolate truffles and confections using unique flavor combinations and modern techniques.
