The Wildcats host the Rider to open the sports weekend on campus. All games are free and open to the public. Come out and cheer on the ‘Cats.

“Pups at the Pitch”– Bring your dog to the game! First 150 dogs will receive a free doggie bandanna.  (all owners will have to sign a waiver prior to entry, 1 dog per adult (18 and older), additional restrictions may apply)

The Davidson Farmer’s Market, Inc. (DFM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Davidson, North Carolina. This is the 10th year of the Davidson Farmers’ Market. The Davidson Farmer’s Market is a producer-only, year-round Market featuring more than 35 farmers and local producers from within a 100-mile radius. The Market is a lively gathering place for meeting friends and for learning about food, agriculture and nutrition. Growers and producers are on hand to answer your questions, from “How was this grown?” to questions about how to prepare and preserve all types of foods. We are located next to the Davidson Town Hall between Main & Jackson Streets. Parking is available on Main Street, Town Hall Lot, Police Department Lot, and at Davidson Presbyterian Church lot at the corner of Depot & Jackson Streets.

Enjoy a self-guided watercraft adventure through Lake Davidson! We will provide you with paddles, life vests, and your choice of a kayak, canoe, or paddle board.  Please meet our staff at the Lake Davidson Nature Preserve (located behind Davidson Day School) and follow the cones. Davidson Football Hosts Brevard

September 1 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Richardson Stadium – Davidson College Campus

Davidson opens the 2018 campaign Saturday, Sep. 1 at Richardson Stadium against Brevard College in a non-conference clash with the Tornados. This is the ‘Cats annual Military/First Responder Appreciation Game. All military personnel and first responder, active or retired, will receive free entry to the game with valid identification.Kick-off is slated for 7 p.m.

Concert on the Green- Gabriel Bello Jazz Band

Town Green

Bring your family (aged birth to 5) out to enjoy stories, songs, and movement activities that support early literacy skill development and help foster a love of books and reading in your child.  Families, toddlers, preschoolers. Registration opens 30 minutes prior to story time, please check in at the desk.

 

Trivia Night
