Flatiron Restaurant and Taphouse Sponsoring Hope Served Here
Labor Day Weekend may have come and gone, but we’re still holding onto the last days of summer! Davidson Housing Coalition will wrap up its annual Summer Campaign this Wednesday, September 12 at Flatiron Kitchen + Taphouse. This will be the final date for our Hope Served Here fundraiser, a partnership between DHC and local restaurants in support of DHC’s work in the community. This summer, DHC has been focused on maintenance projects for our affordable apartments at Creekside Corner, and the expansion of our housing preservation efforts through our HAMMERS program.
On Wednesday, Flatiron Kitchen + Taphouse will be serving many of our favorite dishes, including the black bean burger for lunch, and the kale and quinoa salad with chicken for dinner. Davidson Housing Coalition is grateful for its ongoing partnership with Flatiron Kitchen + Taphouse. We are especially thankful for the friendship and support of the restaurant’s managing partners, Jason Tognarina and Chef Bill Schutz.
