Did Someone Say Bar-B-Que?
Local BBQ connoisseurs, take heart. The time-honored and tasty tradition of the church fund-raising pig picking continues on Friday, November 16 starting at 10 a.m. at Davidson Presbyterian Church (DPC), located at 116 Depot Street.
DPC’s annual event is celebration of food and fellowship for the entire Davidson community. Feast with friends over a sit-down plate lunch of ‘cue and sides or two sandwiches. Take out to-go orders, and by the pound orders are also available. Tickets are $10 plate / $12 pound and may be purchased in advance from members of DPC or at the door.
