The Board of Directors of Davidson Housing Coalition and Mosaic Development Group are the general partners of The Bungalows, and have been since breaking ground on this deed-restricted affordable property in 1999. They have recently been in negotiation with the majority owner to assume full ownership and management of The Bungalows.

Recently, and despite considerable efforts by Mosaic and DHC, it became clear that the only path toward this goal, at the insistence of the limited partner, would be to engage the services of a real estate firm to list The Bungalows for sale.

DHC and Mosaic continue to be committed to ensuring that The Bungalows remain under our ownership and remain an affordable and comfortable place for residents to be proud to call home!
