DAVIDSON, N.C. – Thanks to the generosity of Davidson Football Alum, Stephen B. Smith ’66, the Wildcat football team is launching a “Pack Richardson” campaign for the 2019 season opener against Georgetown on Saturday, Aug. 31.

Smith is set to generously provide the first 2,500 Wildcat fans entry into Richardson Stadium for the 1 p.m. kickoff against the Hoyas. “Pack Richardson” aims to sellout the stadium for the first time in recent memory. 

“Steve Smith is a great Wildcat and we are fortunate he is a part of our football family,” said head coach Scott Abell. “We expect a great crowd and atmosphere when we open up against Georgetown.” 

To redeem tickets visit the Wildcats web site and use the promotional code “PACKRICHARDSON.” Get as many as six tickets per order and, for best results, select the “print at home” delivery method. Fans can also claim tickets at Davidson Fan Fest, Saturday, Aug. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at Richardson Stadium.
