Jewish Council of Lake Norman Sponsors a Community Event at the Lake
Down Home: Jewish Life in North Carolina
On September 22, 2019, Dr. Leonard Rogoff, President and historian of the Jewish Heritage Foundation of North Carolina, will lead a program on Jewish history in the state.
The program, which is free and open to the public, includes:
- Down Home: A documentary film (80 minutes, color)
- Panel discussion with native Carolinians
- A traveling museum exhibit
