Davidson Eating House Will Stage 5-K to Raise Funds for Early Breast Cancer Detection
Davidson College’s Connor Eating House invites the public to participate in its first annual 5 kilometer “Think Pink!” run/walk to raise money for Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test. This charity’s sole mission is funding research to find an early breast cancer detection test.
The run begins on Sunday, October 6, at 10:30 a.m. on the Davidson Village Green. Free parking will be available on Concord Road in the Baker Sports Center lot. Complimentary race snacks and beverages will be available, and all registrants will receive a t-shirt.
Registration is $29.95 (plus $2.95 service fee) and can be accessed online.
