Here in the US, we share our homes with over 70 million dogs. That’s about one dog for every four people! It’s as though dogs are an extension of the family. Because they are. But anyone who has ever loved a dog will tell you that saying goodbye to these friends is one of the toughest things you’ll ever endure. Gone Dogs is a stunning 216-page coffee table book filled with stories, poems, and photography by people from all over the world sharing the dogs of their lifetimes. Dogs who are gone, but who will never be forgotten. If you’ve ever loved a dog, you’re going to love this book. Join the creators of Gone Dogs, Laurie Smithwick and Jim Mitchem, for a signing of GONE DOGS.
