News of Davidson started a photo and video sharing web site in 2018. That site began as a way to share albums of photos and videos of events that take place in our town.

With all the protective measures going into place to protect Davidson citizens from COVID-19, we believe we have a new use for our .photos site. Specifically, we can share videos of events (such as services of worship) that can be shared outside of social media.

If you normally attend a local house of worship, please see if they are interested in providing video files, if they will otherwise be filming services to share on social media. Again, our option will allow members who are not on social media to view services.

The News of Davidson team will also be reaching out to local houses of worship to make this same offer.

The following limitations apply: individual video clips must be a maximum of 3GB, and no longer than 20 minutes in length. A service of worship or other event can be divided into individual clips in order to provide the whole service.
