Congresswoman Alma Adams Holding a Tele-Town Hall on Monday

Representative Alma Adams announced that she will host a TeleTown Hall at 6:00 PM on Monday, March 23 to connect constituents with federal, state, and local programs that can provide help and support during the coronavirus pandemic.

Additionally, the Congresswoman is expected to provide an update on what legislators in Washington are doing to fight the health and economic effects of the coronavirus. Participants will be able to ask questions during a Q&A portion of the call.

Rep. Adams’ said a top priority is helping Charlotte and Mecklenburg residents weather the health and economic consequences of the coronavirus, and further stated that the TeleTown Hall will help connect thousands of our neighbors with the resources they need to make it through this.

The press release closed with “the traditional motto of our country is E pluribus unum: ‘out of many, one.’ We will get through this crisis, but no one should have to do it alone. Our office, and so many others stand ready to assist constituents in need. I hope to you will join me, and other government officials, on the call.”
