Access to Success (A2S) is excited to announce that Drema Craft has joined us as our Director of Development. Drema is an excellent addition to our team and will develop a short and long-term plan to meet established goals and objectives. Having worked as a Human Resources Specialist for various banks and financial institutions, and a Leadership Gift Officer at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, as well as a Director of Development at Walnut Grove Christian School, Drema has a career history steeped in cultivation strategy and donor stewardship. She has immersed herself in the trends that are shaping the nonprofit industry and values relationships and management for donor strategy. Drema possesses essential skill-sets well suited to address the duties and responsibilities of our Director of Development.A2S log

A2S Founder and President, Andrew Lovedale states, ”The A2S family is excited to have Drema on board. Her wealth of experience in development and passion for people will help us relationally translate the hopes and dreams of the A2S youth, to the servant leadership of our supporters and vice versa.”

Drema will help A2S gain the value of clear development vision, keen engagement insights, and dedication to short and long-range success. Undoubtedly, Drema is an excellent addition to the A2S family, especially as we move towards the next several years as an organization. “This being our 10th anniversary, Drema could not have joined us at a better time. We not only get to celebrate our first ten years of sharing smiles, inspiring hope, and empowering dreams as an A2S family, but we also can chart a course for the years to come.” -Andrew Lovedale

Drema is a North Carolina native who graduated from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Communications. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attending sporting events, and occasionally escaping to the beach. Her passions come from working alongside youth as a child advocate, mentor, and a variety of other supportive roles throughout her career. Drema is deeply committed to learning what a child needs to succeed and then communicating that to those who can help. Her love for providing access to success only adds to the strength of our A2S family. “ I am so excited to know the families and personal stories of those who are involved with A2S. I also look forward to traveling to Nigeria to meet the staff and children. It has been touching to see how they have reached out to welcome me with their songs and dancing. Although the A2S kids are 5,700 miles away, the spirit of A2S makes me feel immediately connected.” -Drema Craft

Please anticipate Drema reaching out to introduce herself at upcoming A2S events. We are thankful for the heartfelt welcome she has received from the A2S family members who have previously met her and from those who will meet her soon.
