The Town of Davidson Board of Commissioners will hold a virtual work session on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 6:00 pm through the Zoom virtual platform and streamed live on YouTube. The meeting is agenda online.

The Town of Davidson aims to ensure public accessibility and participation. Please see below on how you may participate in this meeting if interested.

To participate in the meeting, follow these steps:

• For public access to view the meeting, register in advance at Zoom.  
• After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
• We are also planning to live stream the meeting via YouTube on the Town of Davidson Channel

a. COVID-19 Response Update

b.Consider Approval of Budget Amendment 2020-18 for Emergency Pandemic
Supplies

    Summary: The board is asked to consider approval of budget amendment 2020-18 in the amount of $30,000 to transfer funds from unassigned fund balance to operating budget to ensure ability to fund personal protective equipment (PPE) purchases.

c. FY21 Preliminary Revenue Projections

Summary: Staff will present projected revenue impacts of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Emergency on the FY2021 revenue forecast. This Presentation will include a summary of methods used and a comprehensive revenue projection for FY2021.
