Don’t forget to stop and look for the little things when you are social distancing outside.

Friday

Summit Coffee’s Give Back Friday – Hope Vibes

September 11 @ 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

This Give Back Friday we are donating a portion of sales to Hope Vibes (@hopevibesclt)

Founded in 2016, Hope Vibes started when Co-Founder/ Director, Adrienne Threatt, shared a video on social media about the often forgotten/unrealized challenges of women living on the streets with their menstrual cycle. Adrienne, her husband and Co-Founder Emmanuel Threatt, and a handful of friends decided to collect hygiene products to meet the needs. In just a few short weeks, they mobilized a humble army of giving hearts.

To this day, Hope Vibes receives personal hygiene product donations and excited volunteers from all over the city and beyond!

They donate hygiene packs, feminine hygiene products, winter clothes, tents, blankets, and more to Charlotte’s homeless community. They also have the Hope Tank. It is an Eco-Friendly mobile shower and laundry center. Privacy, safety and comfort are the three major areas that they provide for any guest utilizing the Hope Tank. Their goal is to create an environment that promotes dignity and hope, giving guests a renewed sense of purpose.

If you have the means, please consider donating to them as well.
