Davidson Branch Family Story TimeThis program will be provided by Davidson Branch library staff. Bring your whole family out to enjoy stories, songs, and movement activities that support early literacy skill development and help foster a love of books and reading in your child. Davidson Branch Teen Book ClubJoin us for the Davidson Teen Book Club! In September we will be discussing Dear Martin by Nic Stone. About the book:Writing letters to the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., seventeen-year-old college-bound Justyce McAllister struggles to face the reality of race relations today and how they are shaping him.*Contains some language, mild sexual content and sensitive subject matter* Looking for the book? Not-So-Spooky Family StorytimeThis program will be provided by Davidson Branch library staff. Bring your whole family out to enjoy not-so-spooky stories, songs, and movement activities that support early literacy skill development and help foster a love of books and reading in your child. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate. Dressing up in your favorite costume is encouraged! We encourage you to participate in some fun maker activities after storytime. Davidson Branch: DIY Spooktacular CandlesJoin us on Zoom to make Halloween inspired or seasonal candles and share spooky stories!
