Early Voting Ends Saturday – Tuesday is Election Day
Early voting began at 8:00 a.m. on October 15. There are 33 early voting locations across Mecklenburg County.
People started lining up at Cornelius Town Hall at 6:00 a.m., and the line kept moving all day.
We have listed the 4 locations, dates, and times in North Mecklenburg at the top of the list. The other 29 sites are listed below the 4 in North Mecklenburg. County residents can vote early, in person at ANY location across the county. It is worth noting that while some locations remain the same from previous years, others have changed. Most notably, in an effort to make larger venues available for voters interested in maintaining social distance – venues like Bank of America Stadium, Bojangles Entertainment Complex, and Spectrum Center will be open for early voting.
There is a list of the dates and times below, the following is a narrative description. Early voting begins on Thursday, October 15 and ends on Saturday, October 31. During the week, early voting locations are open from 8 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Early voting is also available on the 3 Saturdays between those dates, and the hours of operation on Saturday will be 8:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. Early voting will be available on the 2 Sundays from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Also, if you vote in Davidson’s Precinct 206, you will not vote at Town Hall on election day. You will vote at Davidson K-8 School on South Street.
