Your News of Davidson team did a number of things to cover this year’s election season. We published information in advance of the election to make sure you knew where and when you could vote. We provided the basic election results from Davidson’s two precincts on election night. Our photographer Bill Giduz showed up at the Town Green when there was a somewhat spontaneous party when the presidential race was called. We did our best to provide our local news web site coverage to this story that was bigger than our town.

We thought our readers might like to see how some of the nation’s and the world’s leading daily papers covered the story.
