Organ at Davidson resumes on January 11 – with a virtual performance.

David Brinson will present the Organ at Davidson recital on January 11, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.  The program will feature music by Buxtehude, Bach, Franck, Widor, Dupré, and Duruflé. Since the recital will be available through live stream, the program will also feature brief backgrounds of each piece.

The concert is free and streamed live on the Davidson College Presbyterian Church Facebook page and YouTube Channel. No in-person attendance until further notice.

David serves as Director of Music at Davidson College Presbyterian Church. He came to DCPC as Associate Director of Music in 2014, and was selected to his new position in late 2020.  He earned a Master of Sacred Music from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Music from Appalachian State University. Past organ instructors have included Timothy Albrecht, Joby Bell, and Ken DeBoer. David has served churches in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
