Sweet Competition Announced by Ada Jenkins

Get Ready for the Sweetest Valentine’s Day Ever – the competition has begun!
Today through Thursday, February 11, area chefs and home cooks are working on some sweet surprises! They’re showcasing their favorite recipes, sharing their expertise, and competing for votes to be named “the best”… all to benefit the Ada Jenkins Center.
The competition includes three categories: desserts, non-alcoholic drinks, and cocktails. Click here for all of the mouthwatering recipes!
Once you discover your favorites, you can cast your vote for $5.00. Funds raised will help us serve families in Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville who are facing economic, employment, and food insecurity.
Two winners will be selected:
- the chef/home cook/recipe that receives the most votes; and
- the chef/home cook who receives the most donations
