Secret Society of Crafters – Hearts on Fiber
May 9 @ 10:00 a.m.

Crafting is more fun with other people, which is why we created the “Secret” Society of Crafters. The title says “secret,” but we’re a not-so-secret, not-so-exclusive group who meets to stitch, craft, crochet, knit, sit and talk. We may or may not talk about knitting, yarn bombing, hand dying, or the latest stitch. We may even talk about world domination. You won’t know unless you come. Connect with crafters in the area, find the motivation to pick up that project again, and benefit from the wisdom of a passionate crafting group. The “Secret” Society of Crafters meets outside the store every Wednesday and Sunday at 10:00 AM weather permitting. We hope to see you there!

DEDICATED: The Case for Commitment in an Age of Infinite Browsing
ABOUT THE BOOK – A profoundly inspiring and transformative argument that purposeful commitment can be a powerful force in our age of restlessness and indecision. Most of us have had this experience: browsing through countless options on Netflix, unable to commit to watching any given movie—and losing so much time skimming reviews and considering trailers that it’s too late to watch anything at all. In a book borne of an idea

Trivia Night at Summit
May 20 @ 7 p.m. –
We’re so excited to have in-person trivia back again! In order to host trivia safely, we are going to have y’all sign up on this form so we can set up tables + chairs appropriately distanced from other teams. Here’s the deal:
1. You must register in advance, otherwise we can’t guarantee your team a seat.
2. Maximum of 6 people allowed on a team
3. We will have a maximum of 14 teams for the evening.
4. We will offer table service, so you don’t have to go inside. You are welcome to place orders inside as well, but we’re adding the option to limit the amount of contact/movement you have to make.
5. Honor system for scoring – meaning you will score your own sheets so there isn’t a transfer of paper/germs from table-to-table.
6. Trivia will start at 7pm!
Please email [email protected] with any questions!!

ABOUT THE BOOK – “Stunning. … Family is at the core of Remembrance, the breathtaking debut novel by Rita Woods.” — The Boston Globe. This breakout historical debut with modern resonance is perfect for the many fans of The Underground Railroad and Orphan Train.
Remembrance…It’s a rumor, a whisper passed in the fields and veiled behind sheets of laundry. A hidden stop on the underground road to freedom, a safe haven protected by more than secrecy…if you can make it there.
