Summit Coffee Signed Three More Charlotte-area Franchise Partners

Summit Coffee today announces that it has signed three more Charlotte-area franchise partners. These three cafés add to the three Summit franchises announced earlier this year, plus Summit’s five corporate-owned cafés, for 11 total retail stores open or in development.

 

The three newest locations will be in the Charlotte neighborhood of Plaza Hills; another in the Lake Norman area at a location to be determined; and in downtown Mooresville. The Plaza Hills location will be owned by Will and Eleanor Funderburg; the Lake Norman franchise will be owned and operated by Michael and Carrie Davis; and the Mooresville franchise will be owned by Adrian Lineberger. The join the franchises already open in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood and in Huntersville’s Birkdale Landing, plus a forthcoming one in Charlotte’s South Park area.

Beyond the six franchises in Charlotte, the Davidson-based Summit also owns and operates two cafés in Davidson, two cafés in Asheville, one café in Chapel Hill, plus a certified organic coffee roasting warehouse. Summit is actively awarding franchises in Charlotte, Asheville, and the Triangle area in North Carolina, plus Charleston and Atlanta.
