This Week at DFM: September 11

by | Sep 9, 2021

Hello DFM Shoppers,

Preparations for the 2022 season are underway! DFM is now accepting vendor applications until November 1. We accept growers and makers that are local, 100-miles from Davidson, that highlight the talents and beauty of North Carolina farmers and food purveyors.

If you are a farmer or small business food maker and interested in applying for DFM 2022, please read and fill out the guidelines and application here. The application is also available on DFM’s website

We continue to see fall produce and products showing up at the market, while some of our favorite summer items are still available. This Saturday is Peaches N’ Cream’s last market for the 2021 season, please make sure to visit them this Saturday.

Happy Eating,

Don’t miss these items available at market:

Peaches N’ Cream has peaches & blackberries – this is their last Saturday of the 2021 season; Flying Fish Seafood has grouper, flounder, scallops, and shrimp; Barbee Farms has the first of the season sweet potatoes, plus varieties of heirloom tomatoes and much more; and Jemdeeta Bakery has chocolate cake sweetened with maple syrup, coconut macaroons, and quinoa treats.
