Mariano and Caroline Doble

The Davidson Village Inn is family owned and operated by Mariano and Caroline Doble, who purchased the Inn in 2017. During the pandemic, Mariano started a new venture: Vine Society, a wine-centric experience platform for wine enthusiasts to Connect, Learn and Share.

Vine Society Board Room

Vine Society is a “community”, not a “club.” There is no membership fee – you simply belong by being active. Vine Society hosts events each month that enable participants to “take their relationship with wine to the next level.” These wine events are a way for wine enthusiasts to gather and learn about wine in an approachable and fun setting. The social environment allows participants to connect, learn and share their passion for wine and foster fellowship among members of the community. Mariano and Caroline are proud of their newest space at the Inn – the Cellar Room. The Cellar Room is being used to host Vine Society tastings as well as live and virtual corporate, business, and private group events. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, high speed broadband internet, beautiful furnishings, and high-end board room seating. This gorgeous room can seat eight persons in board-room style and up to ten persons using an extra high-top table for two. There is additional counter space to serve meals and/or coffee breaks. Meetings and Events can be held in person, virtually, or via hybrid access through a 65” 4K TV Monitor and Commercial Grade 4K Camera and Audio System. This is truly a stunning space!
