Vine Society Hosts Walla Walla Winemakers
Vine Society recently hosted two of Walla Walla’s most iconic winemakers for an exclusive wine dinner sponsored by Davidson Wealth Management of Wells Fargo. The event was hosted at The Boulder Room (Venues at Langtree) March 24. There was so much interest in the event, that most seats were sold out by September 2021.
Jean François Pellet, Director & Partner of Pepper Bridge Winery and Justin Wyllie, Owner & Winemaker at Va Piano Vineyards presented Walla Walla’s unique winemaking history and terroir while showcasing ultra-quality small production wines from Walla Walla’s (Columbia Valley) most prominent vineyards. Guests enjoyed wines from Pepper Bridge, Seven Hills, Eritage, Les Collines and Stoney Vine vineyards (Rocks District of Milton-Freewater) amongst others.
This exclusive event was limited to 60 guests, mostly from the Vine Society community which focuses on designing extraordinary wine-centric experiences for their members. “This event is the culmination of the awe we experienced and the friendships we made during our Vine Society trip to Walla Walla last year. Since we couldn’t bring everyone with us, we decided to bring the best of Walla Walla to Lake Norman!” stated Mariano J. Doble, Founder of Vine Society.
Next on the agenda, Vine Society will also be hosting a Master Sommelier led travel experience to the Willamette Valley in June this year. If you love wine, check out vinesociety.com or write to [email protected] for more information.
