Fordham Edges Women’s Tennis 4-3

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson women’s tennis fell to the Fordham on Sunday afternoon with the Rams taking a 4-3 win in the ‘Cats last home match of the season. Davidson falls to 11-7 overall and 4-2 in conference play. 

The Wildcats took the doubles point and an early 1-0 lead after senior duo Mira Gladstone and Elizabeth Truluck earned a 6-2 win over their opponents on Senior Day, along with a 6-3 victory from Emma Heiderscheit and Franny Shea

Heiderscheit and Shea would go on to win their singles matches in two sets each.
