Men’s Tennis Falls to 49ers – Seniors Honored
DAVIDSON, N.C. — The Davidson men’s tennis team fell to the nationally ranked, #47 Charlotte 49ers on Saturday afternoon, 7-0.
Prior to the match, the Wildcats honored seniors Sam Kavarana and Brooks Green for their four-year contributions to the program, in their final home match at Davidson.
“We fought hard today,” said Head Coach Drew Barrett. “That was a very strong Charlotte team; one of the best we’ve seen all year. It was a tough loss on senior day, but Sam and Brooks have had two amazing careers.”
