Town’s Digital Presence Has a New Look!
The Town of Davidson is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website and mobile app! In partnership with CivicPlus, the Town of Davidson Communications Department has led the effort to improve user experience on the town’s website and mobile app. The new site features updated branding that better reflects our community’s identity, new images from Davidson-based creatives LunahZon Photography, and a more intuitive and accessible approach to finding information.

Other significant changes include call-out boxes for those departments visited online most frequently, a streamlined news module, easy sign-ups for town e-newsletters, and more.
Those looking for Davidson meetings and events will be able to find them on the homepage’s new calendar module which lists both town hall meetings as well as community events. Thank you for your patience as we get this up and running with all that’s going on in town! For those of you who have posted your events on the previous community calendar, you can still participate by submitting your event information using the online form HERE. We will discontinue use of the current calendar on May 31.

The Town of Davidson can now be with you on-the-go! Visit your device’s app store and search for “Town of Davidson” to find the newly launched mobile app with quick links to lots of helpful information for residents and visitors alike. Quickly report a pothole, look up a date for an upcoming event, see the latest town news, and more!
“It’s so important that community members have access to information in Davidson, and we have worked very hard to try to present that information clearly and creatively,” said Communications Director Amanda Preston. “There’s certainly more to be done to improve our town’s digital presence, but we feel strongly this website redesign and mobile app launch move us in the right direction.”
