A black Jewish American opera singer with an Irish last name. Jason McKinney is a vocalist, clarinetist, composer and bandleader living in North Carolina. Frequently called upon to be a guest musician for churches, synagogues and opera houses around the world, his musical stylings range from early sacred music to modern jazz and all favorites in between.
