Davidson Community Players Presents “Winter Wondrettes”
Winter Wonderettes Is Getting Us In the Festive Holiday Mood
Roger Bean’s Winter Wonderettes turn the Davidson Community Player’s stage in to a winter wonderland beginning December 1.
The Wonderettes are back! This seasonal celebration finds the girls entertaining at the annual Harper’s Hardware Holiday Party. When Santa turns up missing, the girls use their talent and creative ingenuity to save the holiday party! Featuring great ’60s versions of holiday classics such as “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Run, Rudolph, Run,” and “Winter Wonderland,” the result is, of course, marvelous! This energetic and glittering holiday package is guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages.
“The holidays are a great time to spend quality time with family,” said DCP Executive Director Matt Merrell. “Our holiday show this year is a feel-good romp back to the 1960s with lots of music and laughter. A night the whole family will enjoy!”
Performances will be offered December 1 thru December 18 at the Armour Street Theatre in Davidson. Reserved tickets start at $15 and can be purchased at our website or by calling the box office at 704-892-7953.
