Happy New Year from Your News of Davidson Team!
Our holiday season in still in full swing, looking both back and ahead as a new year beckons.
We at News of Davidson are here for it! The Hoppin’ John, Auld Lang Syne, toasting our 2022 and hopes for what 2023 will bring, making year-end gifts to alma maters and cherished nonprofits—it never gets old.
Speaking of gifts: Thank you, Dear Reader.
It’s likely you have made a gift to support our work during the past 12 months. We are grateful! We delight in bringing news and ideas and pictures and stories to the Davidson community every week of the year. Our readers include town residents, but also friends and family who have moved away, distant parents who like to know what’s up in their kids’ college town, and of course our many North Mecklenburg neighbors. You literally keep us afloat.
So, again, thank you! We wish you and those you love a safe holiday and a prosperous New Year.
PS: Covid is still having a heyday with folks everywhere. Be careful.
