In the fall of 2022, the Deliberative Citizenship Initiative (DCI) hosted a record number of its Deliberative “D” Teams. Over 160 people on 19 virtual and in-person teams deliberated about election accessibility, election security, and election fairness over the course of three 2-hour sessions. 

This spring the DCI will host two tracks of D Teams – one will cover three distinct topics and the other will allow for a deeper dive on a single topic. When registering, you will be able to indicate which is your preference (if you have one). The topics for deliberation are immigration, college admission policies, and climate change. 

Please register by Monday, Jan. 23. We hope you will not only register to participate but also invite someone who has different perspectives on these issues than you do. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join!
