Tanner Peake secured the ‘Cats lone win vs. VMI.

DAVIDSON, N.C. – In the final home dual match of the season, the Davidson wrestling team fell to the Virginia Military Institute, 39-3.

Tanner Peake secured the ‘Cats lone victory in the match with Peake winning in a 3-1 decision at 157 pounds. Saturday’s victory put Peake at 11-2 overall on the year, and it was his fifth win in his last six matches.

The Wildcats will hit the road for the final regular season dual matches next weekend beginning Saturday afternoon at Gardner-Webb.
