UPDATE: The Celebration of Life for Judy Judy has been moved into the DCPC Congregation House (218 Concord Road). This way, there will be plenty of available chairs for attendees, with easier access to the building. If the weather is nice, participants can move to the Village Green at the end to see the new bench dedicated in honor of Judy.

Judith “Judy” Judy passed away unexpectedly on December 27 at her home in Davidson, North Carolina.

She was 82 years old and lived a life full of compassion, community advocacy, education, and adventure. Judy’s daughters and grandchildren will donate a bench on the Davidson Village Green in Judy’s honor.

Please join Meredith Judy in dedicating the bench and celebrating Judy’s life on Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. The program will be held rain or shine, with a reception in the library community room. All are invited! We encourage you to come with a story or memory to share about Judy.
