World Wide Stitch In Public Day is Saturday. We are honored to sponsor the Piedmont Fiber Guild and the Charlotte Craft Guild. Both will be raising money for their Guilds through fun games and selling handmade items. Bring your lawn chair and a tent if you have one and join us on the Davidson Green any time between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.!

Meet our staff to rent your watercraft at the Nature Preserve behind Davidson Day School on Jetton Street and have fun on a self-guided paddling adventure. Join Main Street Books at Sidebar Bottle Company for an afternoon of creativity completing a beautiful elle cree 6”x6” paint by numbers kit. Tickets are $40 and include a variety of choices, 6 acrylic paints, and 2 vegan paint brushes. We’ll paint together and you’ll take the finished product home with you. Register Now Wine, beer, kombucha and various other nonalcoholic beverages, charcuterie trays, and snack boxes will be available for purchase. This is a fun experience to share with friends — but feel free to come solo and enjoy the solitude! Registration for this event is capped at 30 participants (so that we can have plenty of supplies to choose from and ample elbow room.) Kits are recommended for ages 12 and up.
