Run for Green 2023 – September 30

by | Aug 31, 2023

Runners on the Run for Green course in 2022

Join us for the 18th annual Run For Green held in Davidson! This popular race includes a 5K, 10k, and half-marathon and boasts a certified course that takes runners through the Town of Davidson and along miles of scenic greenways. Run For Green is DLC’s only annual fundraising event. Register here.

The success of Run For Green is owed to the dedicated volunteers who lend their time and support. We invite you to be a part of this annual fundraising event by volunteering this year. Visit the Run For Green website HERE for more information on how you can get involved.

Parking for this year’s Race is available at Davidson Methodist Church & Chapel (233 or 304 South Main Street) and the Brickhouse (209 Delburg Street).  Parking is not available at the Davidson College Baker parking lot or in the CVS parking lot.

Can’t make it to Davidson on September 30, you can also “run anywhere you want” and still support the Davidson Lands Conservancy in their efforts to protect, explore, and support natural environments as a virtual runner. And, as always, we love your photos of yourself and where you run!

After you finish your run, you will easily be able to upload your results through RunSignUp or you can still do it the old fashioned way and send them to [email protected]
