Bridging the Gap Series at DCPC
In the coming weeks, Davidson College Presbyterian Church is hosting a series of Conversation Groups. The first such conversation will be held October 7, from 10 a.m. – noon, and is entitled “How Should People of Faith Respond to Gun Violence?”
The “Bridging the Gap” series is designed to help people focus on listening to others, to be open to different opinions, and to find an empathetic way to engage on challenging topics. We are not seeking to agree on these topics but to be open to hearing different opinions while continuing to love. The October 7 Conversation will be held in the Davidson College Presbyterian Church’s Congregation House, across from the church on Concord Road. Childcare is available.
