Women’s basketball has a game in Belk Arena on Monday, and they travel to UNCC on Thursday. The ‘Cats have a 7-game winning streak on the line Monday.

A Nice Family Gathering is a story about a man who loved his wife so much, he almost told her. It’s Christmas Day and the first family gathering at the Lundeen household since the Patriarch died. At the gathering, Dad comes back as a ghost with a mission; to tell his wife he loved her, something he neglected to tell her while he was alive. After all, they were only married for 41 years. The problem is, she can’t hear or see him. The trouble begins when Mom invites a date for dinner.

This hands-on clay art program will help you learn to make a clay project that will last a lifetime. Materials and supplies will be provided, but registration is required. Please check in with library staff beginning at 9:00 am on the day of the Storytime – the first 12 babies and their caregivers are able to attend. Babies experience brain stimulation through language and socialization. Engage your little one with new sights and sounds through books, songs, and rhymes.

Interested in sharing your ideas, working with peers, and earning community service hours? Teens will work collaboratively on projects and services that will improve how teens use and engage with the Library. Come hang out with us for crafts, snacks, and service! This program will be provided by Davidson library staff and is recommended for teens ages 12 to 18. The Teen Advisory Council meets monthly to discuss how teens can be more involved at the Library and help their community. Have your voice heard and help us to make the Library a better place for teens!
