Evelyn Mayhew Carr, March 31, 1931-December 20, 2023
Evelyn Mayhew Carr, recipient of the G. Jackson Burney Community Service Award, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2023, surrounded by family and friends.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at the Davidson College Presbyterian Church. Visitation with the family will be from noon until 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary, followed immediately by the funeral at 1:00 p.m.
The Davidson College Presbyterian Church is located at 102 North Main Street, Davidson.
