Woodlawn School’s STEAMfest 2024

 

Sunday March 24, 2024 from 12 to 7 p.m., the Woodlawn School campus will host STEAMfest 2024. This event will feature over 100 hands-on activity booths where youth from the community can explore a range of STEAM topics. The activity booths are sponsored by parents, students, local colleges and universities, museums, libraries, community organizations, clubs, and businesses. Admission and activities are free and open to youth and families of all ages.

 

 

The mission of STEAMfest is to provide youth in our community with free opportunities to Imagine, Discover, and Explore topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through fun and engaging hands-on activities.

 

Woodlawn School is a private, independent, non-profit PreK-12 school. STEAMfest is organized, funded, and operated entirely by volunteers. In 2023, over 1500 people attended STEAMfest. We are expecting over 2000 guests for 2024! STEAMfest is the largest STEM/Arts festival in North Carolina!
