by | Mar 14, 2024

Conference namesake Katherine M. “Kathy” Bray provided opening remarks at last year’s event.

The 14th Annual Katherine M. Bray Women’s Leadership Conference, organized by the student-run Femme’s Empowerment Network, is scheduled to take place on campus from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23. We invite you to join students, faculty, staff and community members in the Lilly Family Gallery, Chambers Building – admission is free. This year’s theme, Femtorship: The Importance of Female Mentorship, will be explored with Patricia Massey Hoke ’07, Executive Director of the Women’s Impact Fund in Charlotte, serving as the keynote speaker. Please visit this link to register by March 18.

The Katherine M. Bray Women’s Leadership Conference offers women an interactive, intergenerational exploration of 21st-century leadership. Throughout the day, participants will learn from speakers, take part in workshops and engage in meaningful conversations. Our mission is to foster a culture that empowers women leaders at Davidson College and within our community. We achieve this through exploring a variety of strategies for effective leadership, examining current issues in leadership and establishing a network for women leaders to thrive.
