“Mayberry Murders” by Kate Merrill is Now Published
For two decades Kate Merrill and Susan Jennings had Merrill-Jennings Galleries on South Main Street and still think of Davidson as home.
Since retiring, Susan has been painting and Kate has been writing. Last year Kate’s FRAMED was released. The setting was the town and gallery.
Last week MAYBERRY MURDERS was released, the 5th book in the Amanda Rittenhouse mystery series. Kate says, “This was a really fun book to research.”
Kate and Susan spent time in Mt. Airy, or “Mayberry,” but the book is NOT Andy Griffith’s benign little town. Kate hopes her friends in Davidson will enjoy it!
