- Information booths hosted by local organizations.
- Check out the Department of Parks & Recreation’s solar/electric E.L.F. vehicle!
Mayor Rusty Knox emphasizes the importance of Town Day in Davidson, “Town Day emerged from our Town’s steadfast commitment to nurturing our community. Let’s always bear in mind that we’re not just neighbors and citizens, but stewards of this beloved Town that holds significance for each of us.”
We encourage residents to walk or ride their bikes to the event. A “bike corral” will be set up near the Town of Davidson’s table. Once again we are pleased to announce the annual Lake Norman Bike Expo as part of the annual Town Day event in celebration of May also being National Bike Month. Bring your bike and join a guided 10-mile community ride or 2-mile family bike ride. Details about the group rides and additional Bike Month events can be found at www.townofdavidson.org/bikemonth.
