Town Accepting Applications for FY25 Nonprofit Grant Funding

DAVIDSON, NC- The Town of Davidson is now accepting online applications from nonprofits for Fiscal Year 2025 grant funding. Fiscal Year 2025 is from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. The deadline for applications is Friday September 6, 2024.

Grant Program Guidelines for Nonprofit Agencies:

  • Nonprofit agencies must serve the Davidson community and meet a public purpose that the Town government does not directly provide but could if facilities and staffing were available. The nonprofit agency must be experienced in delivering that service.
  • Nonprofit agencies must have 501(c)3 status, a volunteer board of directors, and must provide the Town of Davidson with appropriate accounting measures, in compliance with the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act, to ensure accountability.
  • Non-profit agencies’ services or projects must be in alignment with current Town of Davidson’s Core Values and Strategic Plan Goals to be eligible for funding.
  • The maximum amount of funding available is $50,000.
  • The number of agencies funded may change each year, there is no limit on the number of agencies that can qualify and apply.
  • Any agency who receives funding is required to provide an official report on how the funds were dispersed to the Town of Davidson. The deadline to submit this report for Fiscal Year 2025 is June 30, 2025.
