The Truck Was Stuffed
Davidson firefighters and FeedNC staff members at the “Stuff the Truck” event on August 10.
Last Saturday’s ‘Stuff the Truck’ event hosted by the Davidson Fire Department in partnership with the Police Department and local non-profit, Feed NC was a huge success.
Our community contributed eight hundred and sixty-six (866) pounds of back-to-school items for those in need. This year’s total was over 500 pounds more than last year’s collection! Every donation, no matter how small, contributes to a larger mission of ensuring that no child goes hungry as they embark on their educational journey.
