Join us for a lecture by John Etcheverry, “US Bunker Diplomacy and Why Ukraine Matters.” Recently retired from the foreign service, John spent most of three decades living and working among the cultures of the former Soviet Union, holding assignments in Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Georgia, as well as Iraq and Kosovo. This lecture is sponsored by the Dean Rusk International Studies Program at Davidson College. Free and open to the public!
